=> All bamboo poles are natural. Obliviously, there is split or crack a little. No return and no exchange with bamboo splits or crack as photo below:

• Payment method

  We accept major Credit cards, Visa, Debit, Paypal for payment.

• Shipping

  We ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL and other shipping companies to be sure merchandise come to you in time. You will pay extra free for trucking freight company to delivery to new shipping address in case you change your beginning shipping address on your order.

• Damage & Defects

  if there is damage & defects you have to report to us within 3 days of receipt order since trucking freight delivery merchandise to you. In case over 3 days We don't accept any report.

• Bamboo poles - No return and no exchange

  We don't accept to return bamboo poles because : 
• => 1. Our bamboo poles are natural. Surely, Bamboo is nearly straight. 80% of straight bamboo pole are guarantee. 
• => 2. Bamboo is natural so that color of bamboo can be accepted variance a bit. 
• => 3. Our bamboo are treated carefully for 6 months so that it reduce split issue up to 90% but there is still split or cracking later as photo a above. We will not refund split bamboo issue as picture. 
• => 4. In case split or crack in transit caused by carrier, you have to sign their delivery ticket as damage. This is proof to file claim.

• Warranty

  Bamboo poles is not warranty. Other bamboo products accept return within 30 days with term and condition. 
• - Product return must not use. 
• - All bamboo furniture return is in original condition . 
• - All beaded products must be include the original box in its original condition

• Fee Returns

  - We will charge return shipping fee if shipping fee over $20. 
• - Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you

• Refunds and Processing

  - Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. 
• - Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
